  • Foreign Currency Exchange Receipt

    Official receipt proving conversion from any foreign currency to Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
    Converted amount must be equal to or greater than the total residence fees
    Issued by an authorized bank or exchange office in Egypt
    The Exchanging receipt must be with the applicants name and passport number
    ( Important notice : Receipts issued from ATM machines are not allowed )

  • Child’s Birth Certificate

    2 photocopies of the child's birth certificate
    Must be:
    - Translated into Arabic
    - Officially authenticated by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

  • Student’s Proof of Enrollment

    -2 photocopies of the child’s official enrollment certificate
    - Must correspond to the current academic year

Fees are paid at the immigration office

Visit the Relevant Immigration Office
