The Exchanging receipt must be with the applicants name and passport number

2 photocopies of the birth certificate
Must be:
- Translated into Arabic
- Officially authenticated by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
One of the following is required:
A. Proof of Enrollment (Preferred)
- Original and copy of enrollment certificate
- Issued for the current academic year
B. Nomination Letter (Temporary Option)
- Issued for newly arriving students
- Grants a temporary 2-month student residence
Parents cannot apply together with the student at this stage
